Dr. Das brings 8 years of research and industrial experience focused on power system dynamics and protection within large-scale power systems. Sayari has performed studies on real-time grid visualization, characterization of grid disturbances, prevention of maloperation of protective relays and initiation of corrective control actions. She specializes in various areas, encompassing grid integration of renewables, generation and transmission planning, specialized power system studies, such as SSR and advanced power system studies. Sayari holds a Ph.D. in Power Systems from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
