She is a key member of the Transmission and Interconnection team at EEPlus, providing technical leadership to Independent Power Producers (IPPs) across the U.S. Sunita has led steady-state, dynamic stability, and injection feasibility studies across major markets including ERCOT, PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE, SPP, WECC, and MISO. Her experience spans end-to-end EHV transmission projects, from planning and design through commissioning and operational monitoring, with strong project management and utility coordination. She also supports NERC/FERC/IEEE compliance, MQT submissions, and has extensive experience with battery energy storage and solar projects.

Sunita holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) from Michigan Technological University and a Bachelor’s degree from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, University of Mumbai.
